Are you a freight broker?
No. HikePulse Ventures does not broker freight or compete for your customers. We work behind the scenes, under your brand and inside your systems, as an extension of your team.
Which hours do you cover?
Our teams work on US time. Standard coverage is US business hours, and we can add early, late, overnight and weekend shifts for track & trace and after-hours support.
Which systems can your team work in?
We work in the TMS, CRM, load boards, email and phone systems you already use. You create logins for our team members and keep full control of access.
How is my data protected?
We sign an NDA before we see any data. Team members only access the systems you grant, your accounts stay yours, and you can revoke access at any time.
How quickly can a team start?
Most engagements go live within 2–4 weeks: discovery, SOPs and access in the first two weeks, then a supervised ramp-up on live work.
Do I need a long-term contract?
